How to activate your Telegram account

    Open Telegram

    Tap the Telegram icon on your phone or computer

    Enter your phone number

    Telegram will ask for your number with country code (+52 for Mexico)

    Verify your number

    You'll receive an SMS code on your phone. Enter it when Telegram asks.

    Set up your profile

    Add your name (optionally a photo) and you're done. You're ready to link with TruckCorp.

For Unit Owners

If you're an owner or fleet manager, Telegram lets you monitor everything from your phone.

Link your account

From your TruckCorp account, generate a link code and use it in Telegram:

/vincular CÓDIGO

Main commands

  • /flota - View your entire fleet status

  • /viaje - Create and manage trips
  • /asignar - Assign operators to units
  • /preferencias - Configure your notifications

For Operators

If you're an operator, Telegram is your safety and communication tool on the road.

Link your account

Your owner will give you a code. Use it in Telegram:

/vincular CÓDIGO

SOS emergency command

If you're stopped, have a problem, or they ask for money, use this command:

/sos

This command immediately alerts your base with your location and time. Use it only for real emergencies.

Trip logbook

At the end of the day, the bot will ask for your logbook. Tell it in your words and it will fill it automatically.

Ask the bot

You can ask anything: 'check engine on a DD15', 'the thermo isn't cooling', 'how much does a DD15 consume'. The bot will give you helpful answers.

Tips to make the most of Telegram

Ask in natural language

You don't need exact commands. Write as if you were talking to a mechanic and the bot will understand.

Share your location in emergencies

When using /sos, share your location from the clip button 📎 → Location so your base knows where you are.

Send ticket photos

You can send photos of diesel tickets with 'diesel 3200' in the message and the bot will register it automatically.

Configure notifications

Use /preferences to choose which alerts you want to receive and when (you can set quiet hours).
